At Lululovelle, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make the return process as simple as possible. Please review the policy below before submitting a return request.


Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Remain in their original condition.
  • Have tags still attached.
  • Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, or any signs of wear.
  • Be returned in suitable packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.


Items Not Eligible For Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale products
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear without the protective liner
  • Earrings and certain accessories
  • Products damaged by improper use or normal wear

Requesting A Return

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • A brief explanation for the return request

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the wrong or defective item was received.
  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After reviewing your case, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.


Refund Processing

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the transaction.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After an order enters processing, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not provide direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive another size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
